CATIA V5 is the leading product development solution software for all manufacturing organizations from OEM's through their supply chains. It enhances our design team's ability to design high-quality dies, and then validate the design.

At TVI, we use CATIA V5 throughout our entire process from design to wireburn. Cross functional design review teams are utilized to produce the most cost effective and efficient designs. All of our dies are 100% detailed for cost effective and convenient maintenance, repair and replacement. With CATIA V5 all die sections are built precisely to math data through utilization of CNC processes.

TVI leads the industry in the design and build of progressive dies, line dies, transfer dies and prototypes. We have in-house tryout capabilities from 25 to 600 Ton up to 72” x 120”. We have full CNC Machining, wire EDM and on-site CMM capabilities utilizing Virtual DMIS software.
